1. About Us

Redbird Apparel is a UK-based provider of bespoke and custom collegiate clothing, operating online at www.redbirdapparel.co.uk. We work directly with student groups, clubs, and societies to create customised stash, with each product made to order.

2. Ordering Process & Payment

All garments are custom-made and personalised based on each customer's request. Orders can only be placed during active drop windows coordinated with group representatives. Once a drop closes, the order is final and immediately enters production.

Important: Orders cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded after the order window has closed.

By placing an order, you agree to purchase a product under these Terms. All orders depend on product availability and confirmation of the final price. Payment is required at the time of purchase using the available payment methods.

3. Production & Delivery

Staple Pieces: 

Standard production and delivery take 3 - 4 weeks from the close of your stash window. Timelines may vary based on order size and courier conditions.

Custom Pieces: 

Available for pre-order. Each item is individually crafted and made to order, with an estimated delivery time of 6 to 7 weeks.

Shipping times and costs are shown at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or unforeseen events.

Important Note: While we recommend that committee members contact students as soon as the orders arrive at the designated delivery address, we cannot guarantee this. Therefore, we also send a dispatch email for your reference.

It is the customer’s responsibility to contact the committee for further details regarding the collection of their orders.

4. Quality & Product Representation

At Redbird Apparel, we are committed to maintaining high standards of quality and continuously improving our processes. As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance our services, slight variations may occur in the embroidery process. These variations may include but are not limited to differences in stitch density, thread colour, placement, or fabric handling.

We make every effort to ensure that product images on our website accurately reflect the actual items. However, variations in lighting, photography, and screen settings may result in slight differences in colour between the images and the garments received.

By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree that such variations are part of our continuous improvement efforts and do not constitute a defect or error in the final product. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we strive to provide the best possible results.

These differences are not considered defects and do not qualify for refunds or replacements.

5. Issues & Discrepancies Policy – 30-Day Limit

We enforce a strict 30-day timeframe for reporting any order issues. If your item is missing, damaged, incorrect, or if there is another problem, it must be reported within 30 calendar days from the delivery date. You will receive an email confirming dispatch and delivery; the 30-day period begins the day after this email is sent.

We cannot offer replacements, refunds, or corrections after this window, under any circumstances. This includes delays in checking or collecting your items, or being unavailable at the time of delivery.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the bespoke and personalised nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the item is:

• Damaged on arrival: If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, email help@redbirdapparel.co.uk within 30 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.
  
  
• Incorrect: If the item does not match the order placed.
  
  

If a return or refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.

Important Notes

• Issues must be reported within the 30-day window to be eligible for a refund or replacement.
  
  
• Returned items must be unworn, in new condition, and have all original tags attached.
  
  
• We are not responsible for incorrect sizing submitted by the customer.

7. Sizing & Customisation

At Redbird Apparel, each garment is uniquely crafted using its own sizing chart and pattern, which can result in slight variations in fit, even for garments of the same size. We encourage you to carefully review the detailed sizing chart available on the product pages to ensure the best fit.

Important Note: It is the customer's responsibility to select the correct size when placing an order. Please refer to the size guides for detailed measurements. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect size selection.

While garments of the same size may appear similar, the specific cut and pattern of each garment may cause slight differences in overall fit. These variations are inherent to the design and production process and do not constitute defects. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these sizing variations.

By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and accept that each garment's fit may differ slightly based on its individual sizing chart and pattern. We recommend referring to the provided size chart before purchasing to ensure the best fit for your needs.

8. Passwords & Private Drop Pages

Our college/society stash pages are password-protected to ensure privacy. Customers should not share passwords publicly. Committee members are responsible for distributing this information as needed.

If the password is active on a page, the order window is closed, and any orders placed on a closed page will not be processed. Once the order window opens, the password will be removed, and full access to the page will be granted.

9. Delivery & Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information. If an order is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details, the customer may be required to pay additional shipping fees for re-delivery. Please double-check the postal code to avoid any issues.

By creating an account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
