How it works – in 3 simple steps
1) YOUR STASH DROP GOES LIVE
We take care of everything, from setup to delivery. You focus on getting the word out.
2) SEND US AN INVOICE
Once the drop wraps up, we’ll let you know how much you’ve earned. You invoice us for the amount.
3) PUT THE FUNDS TO GOOD USE
We send over your donation - ready to fuel socials, charity partners, or your next big event.

How do we receive a discount code if we're not looking to fundraise?
Just let us know by email! If your college or society isn’t looking to fundraise this term, your committee can opt out, and we’ll send a discount code for your members.
Where does the money go?
The money is donated straight to your committee - to help fund socials, events, or even a donation to a charity of your choice.
How much can my club or college actually earn?
It depends on how many orders you get, but we’ll tally it all up at the end of the drop and let your committee know exactly how much you’ve raised.
Most colleges raise between £300–£500 per drop, and we’ve seen some raise even more.
How do we receive the donation?
Our accounts team will contact you within 48 hours of the stash drop to request an invoice. Payment will be made via BACS upon receipt.
Do we include VAT on the donation invoice?
As this is a donation, it’s not subject to VAT. Please invoice for the full amount requested by our accounts team.
Is this a one-off or does it apply every term?
Earn With Us is available each term as part of every stash drop. Most committees like to have three drops in each academic year - one in each trimester.
What does it cost to take part?
Zero! There’s no cost to run your stash drop with us. We cover everything - from setting up your termly drops to production and delivery. You just focus on spreading the word.
