Last term, we introduced student reviews to better understand your experiences with us – the products you love, areas for improvement, and how we can do better.
But we didn’t just collect reviews; we personally read through every single one. In some cases, we even reached out to some of you to learn more. Your feedback has driven meaningful changes to how we do things going forward.

Clearer Personalisation Options
You wanted more clarity on personalisation – what can be added (like names and initials) and for which styles.
To address this, we’ve added a dropdown menu to all personalisable items, so you can customise with confidence.
Improved Size & Fit Guidance
Sizing feedback came up often, so we personally reviewed every comment by product to identify patterns. Based on this input:
- Rugby Shirts: You said these run small, so we’ve added this to the product description.
- Hooded Puffer Jacket: Many noted that these wear slightly large, so we’ve updated our guidance to now reflect this.
